The Message
Creating a logo for a band has always been a dream of mine as a designer. I finally had the opportunity to bring that dream to life by designing a logo for a newly formed band. I connected with the band's leader through social media, introduced myself, and expressed my passion for designing their logo. To my delight, he agreed and gave me the chance to create something special for their band!
We are a Hardcore, Football Stomping, West Texas and RGV vibes band---with a Tough Attitude!
The client wanted the logo to convey a specific emotion to the public. Initially, I wasn't sure where to take it, but I always enjoy a good challenge. I pitched the concept of having a second name and possibly the acronym of "BOC" as the primary logo and to my surprise the client bought into the idea. This journey started with a few initial concepts, but everything changed after I submitted my first drafts. The client requested incorporating an accordion into the logo, and I was ready to make it happen. The rest is history!

This is original idea presented as a rough sketch to the client. Although it was just a jumping off point in the process, the final logo would still resemble the original concept.
